The Action Camera Harness / NDM 1 is specially designed for use with the No Dancing Monkey* 1.0 and 1.2 harnesses and is very easy to use. Simply take off the chest strap that your pack is equipped with and replace it with the Action Camera Harness. A velcro strap keeps the attachment stable while going into action.
